Eunice Gan

Eunice Gan is a Psychologist with the Home Team Psychology Division, at the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) Headquarters, Singapore. Her research interests include the prevention & management of sexual violence, understanding offending behaviours amongst youths, & societal perceptions of justice & laws. She conducts behavioural science research as well as trainings for law enforcement officers & community professionals, to support MHA’s efforts in preventing sexual violence & community crisis resilience. As part of the implementation team leading the prevention of sexual offending amongst youths in Singapore, she engages in policy development & implementation strategies (such as resources discussing the influence of online sexual harms including the problematic consumption of pornography) to combat youth sexual offending with other agencies.
