Ms. Halitha Banu, Psychologist/Ms. Lee Hui Min Sandra, Behavioural Sciences Research Analyst/Mr. Ken Chen, Senior Research Analyst, Home Team Psychology Division, Ministry of Home Affairs (Singapore)

Ms. Halitha Banu is a Psychologist with the Home Team Psychology Division in the Ministry of Home Affairs. Her research interests include issues of national security, ranging from crisis preparedness to extremism and intolerance. Her current research projects explore how people cope in the aftermath of a crisis.

Ms. Halitha Banu has conducted several trainings and sharings for the Home Team as well as external organisations on building community resilience and social cohesion. She has also presented her research at various local and International conferences. Beyond work, Ms. Halitha Banu is also an active volunteer with the Victim Care Cadre Programme of the Police Psychological Services Department in the Singapore Police Force.

Ms. Lee Hui Min, Sandra is a Research Analyst with the Home Team Psychology Division in the Ministry of Home Affairs. Her research interests include issues of drug abuse, drug trafficking, offender rehabilitation and communication psychology.
